In a week of sad news, I heard something good. New Zealand is the 13th country to recognize marriage equality! I am so impressed by the beauty and conviction showed by the Kiwis by as they proclaim that marriage should be defined by love. The footage from the parliament floor was inspiring. One parliamentarian, Maurice Williamson (http://www.national.org.nz/Bio.aspx?Id=55), spoke out so eloquently I want to share it with you. I laughed, I cried, I hoped for a better future.
